Ever since I can remember, I have loved baking.

I started baking at a young age with my Nan and decided to follow in her footsteps;

pursuing baking as my career.

 

I have always had a passion for baking and love experimenting with new recipes

and love when customers enjoy my bakes as much as I do. 

I believe that baking is about exploring and discovering new tastes and textures, 

improving and reinventing every day. I make so many new cakes and bakes daily these are just a few of the extensive range of treats I make.
